★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic service, the store is useless and the staff there is disgusting. They don't have manners to talk even I very politely explained the issue but they were not helpful at all. I just request to change the sim but they forced me to come again for the same concern even though the issue can be resolved in minutes. I don't how the store is still running with such service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Shrikrishna Tripathi, he is a very help full person, I was trying to replace my outstation sim and it required a green sim, the local mobile center were letting named Namo Mobile' demanding 500 Rs for a sim, but the sim is free for replacement, Shrikrishna helped me in getting the sim, also helped me getting my sim activated. Thank you Shrikrishna, people like you are much needed in services to give better customer service experience, he just didn't helped with the sim put he was prompt in calling upfront and giving the updated. Thank you so much Shrikrishna
