★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worked here for long time it a nice place and jio phone service available here staff is nice polite and helpful but due to lock down service is closed. Fttx and fiber connection service also available here you can visit and enquiry for your location fiber availability. Customer service also operates from here. in other jc there is no seating option for walking customer but here a separate partition for customer service and have proper seating area. Network team for raja park area also available here which solve area vise Network issues.

Once they have your money, no customer care will ever be provided.
The customer care will say that the engineer will come to your place, but no one ever shows up.
The technical manager will never pick your calls. The guy who installs your apparatus will do everything in his might to deflect and not provide any solution.
After a point, even the customer care will hang up on you.
I am writing this review after a week of inconvenience and frustration.
Don't waste your time here.

And after 2 days they are on the way .. my destination is just 2 km from there office.. so don't waste your time choose another operator.....
