β β β β β Jio service centre in Varanasi. I visited during Corona pandemic, so it was working with only 1 or 2 staff. Even they didn't allowed entry within office premises which i think is good. I visited for getting my JioFi device serviced, which they fixed it. So overall good experience.

β β β β β Reliance is not giving services in compare to their product sales. The Staff is Customer friendly but they charges very high for small faults in the mobile handset. This is the only Service Centre of Jio Phones in Varanasi so first have good amout of time and patience to visit this place. Extreme Crowded in Mid time of the day and Evening. The Jio phone pays more than its price only through calling features, but the service of the Jio Centre is very very poor. Multiple times of visit for a single fault may occur, so keep a good care of your Jio phone to avoid these problems. Thank you

β β β β β Over all it was an average experience and due to corona pandemic i was restricted on the main door while only one customer support was there to look after the problem. I was there for jio fi router but they were short of parts so had to return without any development.

β β β β β very bad services "i buy new mobile and i used the mobile first day i call an no their my voice was not going" then i go to servive center i will tell them such condition ... The Staff was telling me the mobile phone will be exchange u come tommorow and next day i will go service center that staff was behaviou rude and the say will be charge 1500 the he say 850 the 350 then 250 the 150 i will giveing 150rs the staff behaviourwas so rude and the service was so let they have not to how to behave over customer
