★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service center... When my dad gone with mobile which is bought 5-6 months ago.. They refused to repair saying this mobile got died mother board gone nothing can be done.. Actually my mobile is working, only charging point got burnt . When I removed battery n charged, it got started.. It means without checking they came to conclusion that mobile got completely died.. As my dad not much educated they just made fool and sent.. It means no value for basic set phone because they feel it's easy to throw n buy new phone.. I want to say u people it's not about money it's about how u give service.. Really disappointed..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Many of the so called technical people there are totally clueless, and I have never had any problem resolved there. Visiting this office is a waste of time & invitation to frustration. Now I have stopped going there (they tried hard to achieve exactly this & succeeded) and I only deal with their Mall offices or call centre.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just like other Jio centers, useless. For each and every thing they'll do an software update on mobile hang issue. Or will ask you to buy a new phone or component, no matter it's in or out of warranty.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There is a lot of time lag. Service support staff Mr.Chandru is good and very empathetic as compared to another individual Mr.Vinayak who is right opposite in his approach absolutely non supportive of any regards.
Sure can give it a try to have personal experience on the same.
Hope it reaches company personals on public domain and such behaviours are curtailed at the outset.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had placed an order for jio fiber but first time the agent came and took request .he told I'll do it next day but even after 15 days no response . after that he told no port .they another agent came and he told port available on the next day itself how i don't know. Now after 5 days I'm calling this new agent he also not responding

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The security person won't allow anyone inside and when asked for any queries he informs to go to other office at mantri mall. Really a pathetic Jio office. Highly recommended not to visit this place it's just a waste of time.
