★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is situated in the 1st and 2nd floor of the building Haripriya. It is basically Reliance retail Ltd. This place meant for sales and services of Jio products, especially for battery replacing, product replacement for warranty. Staff here are more concerned about themselves rather than costumers. You'll be made to wait long, posing security procedures.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have visited the same place several times. Due to covid restrictions, you have to wait at thee door for a long time for your turn.
My issue was not resolved in the first visit. All I needed was a battery replacement. In the first go the new battery was not charging. Later on I was asked to return on another day since that was the only one in stock. I had to come back 2 more times.
