There is bit waiting time here but they are managing well with limited number of people inside at a time .
Staff is good provides to the point information.

Re-issue duplicate Jio SIM charges 25.
Need to visit store in person for SIM issue.
Parking space is in front of road.

In time of COVID19 crisis situation hard copy was demanded which was not necessary earlier.
Already I have one JIO connection for communication for which I have given Aadhar card documents and necessary thumb impressions which would have worked.
Hence disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I must say, very irresponsible persons work here, they are meant to give service to the customers in their working hours. The store closing time is 10pm, I went there at 8:35pm, all I wanted was get my sim ported in Jio, but the salesman says that "the person who does the porting services has left shop just 3 minutes before I came", person has left the store before closing time?, and I should come in their convenience time whenever they want?!
I mean what kind of store is this, why should I even bother to come here then, if they don't want their customers at all!
