★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to replace my sim but these thieves told me come tommorow in morning. Time was around 6 pm and they refused to do simple job. I insisted that my bank no is attached with it so please replace so knowing the urgency they said to purchase mobile stand!! But why? That was indirect way to ask money. He asked to buy this for 250rs and we will look what can be done. I was very surprised that this happened in broad light. I refused then he said come tommorow. Then again I raised my voice so he said I will show that server is down. From starting he was saying this. I was very frustrated to know that he was deliberately refusing to do work. I got outside of the shop and went nearby and to my surprise , shopkeeper told me that u r not alone. They have been demanding money from past several years to do simple work. For illiterates they directly ask 300-400 cash and for others they sell items like in my case. This has been happening in broad day light and jio is doing nothing. Now I will switch to Airtel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience but staff is quite good, they gave token at 9. Am, so first u have to reach to take token after that u have to reach on the token time....and they said that this is the process from Jio headbranch....worst process ever
