★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst store ever....i have visited multiple times for different reason..when i went to get an e-sim they said the person who knows is not available same reason was given when i went to port...i wonder who is this VIP staff who is only having all the knowledge yet never available...

I was carrying scanned Aadhar.
Just now I came back with passport, now they says: server down hai come later
Seriously, what a customer approach.
I may stay with my current provider since Jio journey is not started yet and seeing such response...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to the store at 3 pm, so there won't be any lunch disturbance for them but they had their lunch time at 3 pm only.
When I asked for replacement of my Sim, they said the responsible person is not available and will come at 4 pm. Now am I supposed to wait for them?? Do I have no other job to attend?
