★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As Sim card is free of cost and market of Jio is currently high , they took these granted , WILL MAKE YOU WAIT UNNECESSARILY. even if it can be done they will HARRAS you for slightest mistake in aadhar card.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For us the experience at this centre was satisfactory, we went there the second time for our JioPhone 1 which was having hardware issues, the first time they 'fixed' it, which lasted for about 3 days before issues reappearing.
This time I took a stern step and complained to Jio through their Twitter handle and continued the correspondence, we were requested to visit this centre again, this time they replaced the device.
Usual wait time for such things are 2-3 hours. The staff were reasonably polite. The centre is clean, has sufficient seats for you to wait.
