Ported my card to jio in just 4 mins.
Recharge+ verification was just done in 4 mins. @Tushar was very quick and answered all my questions without hesitation, he had a good attitude. Within 2 days the sim has been activated.
It was an amazing walk in experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience. Went to this store 3 times to get a new ESim but everytime these guys kept saying come later as the person who does the eSim job is not available. Like is that such a complicated process. Not visiting this store again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very rude people. They asked me for a FIR if I wanted to get a Sim card replaced. Went to another store and got it done. Anytime I go there for service, they say their sever is down come again later.
Senior jio executives need to take genuine action against them.
