★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Their employee is more focus sales they don't even care for service customer. I went there for my sim card replacement and all the employees was pointing me each another and the last person was so much with female customer and don't even listing my issue. Then he started the process and realized that some key of locker is missing. They wasted my almost 45 min then some how done my work. But that sim is still not activated.
Very poor service by JIO

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff behaviour is very polite but service is not satisfactory because one of My office corporate number was lost and I mailed them regarding the same and jio redirected me to go to jio store I went there but they couldn't resolved my problem I also visited their MP Circle office in Metro Tower but problem still not shooted out ultimately I requested to the person who issued those connection, and after lots of efforts it could resolved
