I myself asked for a refund 2 months back but still I haven't got my refund back they everytime say they'll refund by today but today never comes for them

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ the wrost service ever. never go for timble. no customer service no technical; support. just a bunch of stupid team running the business. they will take approx 3 day just to fix your broken wire. once or twice in a week their system hangs. everyday at 00:30 their connection drops. never go for them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awful service. I opted for 50mbps and even not getting stable and consistent 25mpbs speed from the day of installation. On complaining multiple times no improvement. And when I asked to disconnect the service, that's no feasible because of prepaid connection. I wouldn't recommend it in Sector 3 Rohini New Delhi.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Contacted customer service several times. Got internet connection few days back and was never able to get a decent speed. My plan is for 100 mbps while the maximum speed I get is 10 mbps. What a fraud! Local technical guy doesn't answer the call after the day of connection and the customer service does not at all follow up on the issue. Very pathetic service, either resolve the issue or give us the refund.
