There is no scheduled time that the jio care will open.
I jave to go regularly at different time of day to find that shop is opened or not.
The customer care experience was below the worst.does not have full knowledge and many times i was given the wrong information.

If you will go for sim replacement, they will tell you to come after two days and If you will insist, they will ask you to purchase new sim and will take 100 for new sim so, overall you have to spend around 300 rupees. If you are very innocent they can take even 500 from you..
