★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Guard behaviour is very rude staff behaviour rude they took 1 hour just to replace the battery of the mobile phone they are not interested for the customer service, all the staff are busy on doing their own personal work and their closing. The official time of closing is 6:00 PM from Monday to Saturday but if you went there at 5:00 PM they will say you that it is the closing time and they will not entertain your work at all. After a verbal fight they agreed to do the same. Not expected with this JIO. Higher management staff is sensible. They won't let you sit in the waiting lobby instead they will ask you to sit outside the premises
