This store which I'm talking about is a small one but all types of services regarding Jio are available here. You can recharge your phone number, buy a JioFi device, enquire about new things coming from Jio & lot more. There are numbers of staffs & they're pretty helpful as well as humble.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The customer executive is not professional one..i lost my phone and i blocked that jio sim card..i go for sim replacement the boy told me to unblock the sim first then came, what !!..i have no other jio sim card..to call a customer care of jio..jio tollfree number only for block the sim card not for unblock..if a jio store not help me to do this how i do..most worst jio store in gorabazar area

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worst services are provided here. Customers who will buy phones from there store are given special preference. I went for a request I was totally denied for help I took a Sim card to restore my old jio number. They said that it will take minimum 10days to process ta whole thing but if we buy a phone from there, they can process it within an hour. And now it's around 12days my Sim card is still not active I couldn't complete any of my payments digitally. One of worst experience I ever faced.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice experience. Behaviour is really good specially the agent name Bijay. I went there for Jio postpaid to prepaid and he did it like within 5 minutes. Best wishes for him. The store is located in middle of Narendra cinema hall and muthoot finance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The shop is cituated in dum dum road opposite of club town. place is very good but the behaviour of the staff is very bad they didnt help the customers i went there for sim replacement they refuse to do it so and they refer me to diamond plaza's reliance digital store
Whenever i went there for any help anyhow they refer to some other places or they ignore sometime
