★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just one guy at service who was barely cooperative. I went there to convert a postpaid sim to prepaid and he refused straight away saying "sir prepaid sim aa hi nahi rahe". How wrong can that information be! Unfortunately had to come back without getting the work done but the saddest thing is that these guys barely work and then complain about having no jobs!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My jio sim was closed I want to reopen it so I decide to jio Store after reach I saw there are many crowd so I decided to wait because I am helpless after long time of waiting of 4 hours they open my sim this is not their fault because there is token system so if you wanna help you have to go at 9:30 a.m.and get the token if you not get the token then go after 4:00 p.m. by chance your problem solve.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience ever, I wanted to replace my sim becoz my sim card was lost .. but store person was taking so much time ... Asked me to wait for 1hr outside just to give me a new no. And that's why I had to go different jio store for new sim card.

I given port request to jio they took more than 10 days with 350 charges nd local operator was giving 3-4 days max to port with 1 month recharge free with it.. so kindly check out with your local operator firstly... nd jio customer did help with with the charges.. there don't have any negative feedback otherwise I wanted to give feedback in minus..
