★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went there today to get a Sim replacement and they asked what happened. I said that my mobile was damaged so was the Sim card. For my surprise they said "Can't you see we have mobiles here!? We won't give you Sim card if you don't buy a new mobile from our store." Very rude and arrogant behaviour. They overcharge everybody. A Sim card costs only 25/- but they would ask you for bribe and charge you 175/-. Authorities should take strict action against these loafers. Forget about buying mobiles from here. They will rip you off.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They will not help you easily to get a sim replacement because that isn't count as their target. To get a sim replacement, you have to go there 2-3 times atleast then you can get your sim but that's not certain yet

If someone have option to go to other Jio store, DO NOT VISIT HERE. Very rough behaviour from stuff.
Service is also poor. For any work, they will tell you to come on the next day. If you insist, they also ask for bribes. I was told to pay 600 rupees bribe to change my sim card which cost 25 rupees. Can you imagine?
I urge Jio authorities to take note of this store and throw these bunch of ill-mannered boys out from the store for the reputation of the company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When I went their for a sim which I lost and get new sim with old no... They forced me to purchase another new sim with the old one.. When I declined to purchase a new sim firstly they told me to go to the jio office which is located in sealdah but after begging they say to wait (above 45 min) they reissue my old sim... And also they say to me that this store is not for jio sim related store... It's a jio digital store.... Worthless service
