1. Bad experience
I am purchase Tshirt but it is to large so I was gave requested to exchange but same time cancel my request and not genuine reason to cancel my order. And after complaint customer service center that customer service executive say to me visit store and exchange t shirt but why I am visit to store and why I am purchase online.
2. Bad experience
second time I am purchase online grocery item my oder ammount 1600Rs and I am paid by my credit card payment but after payment they says this product not available in this price and cancel product amount 250Rs but ther are refund only 1.41 Rs.
So very poor experience to purchase online joi store morbi
