They have started the process and finally rejected due to the Aadhar mismatching but not informed me the details and asked me to come again in the next day. Again watched the store yesterday and they started the process. Again rejected the request due to mismatch. It is a surprise to me and asked the details. But the staff of male 2 no.s behaved very irresnsibly and asked me to to talk to customer care. As I am not having otherJio sim requested them to support. But refused to support. However finally called customercare with their jio no. But continued their irresponsible attitude to adress my concern in smoothway. It is a very bitter experience with the staff and decided to leave the Jio network even I am loosing some moths of prepaid subscription. Also abserved their behaviour with other customers also very rude. Try not to visit this store.
