Really bad service. Don’t even know how to deal with the customers. Don’t have proper information about connections. Really Rude staff. Bad experience didnt even resolve the issues.

He was refusing to give the replacement sim card because I'm from Chandigarh not Delhi. Only Cash no digital payments. And even I got the sim somehow still it doesn't work. I got scammed by JIO.

My jio Store located at Main Road Mahavir enclave, walking distance from Dashrath Puri metro station.store have good option s of multiple brand mobiles also best place for jio service

Sim was not working properly, I vist store to replace the sim 1st visit- they told me to bring ur old sim 2nd visit- their server was not working 3rd visit- they make some changes in my phone settings and told me that the problem is in ph setting not in sim. They assure me now there is no problem ( why u did not check the same thing in 2nd visit) after that problem was not solved. 4th visit ( in rain on bike)- server was not working, Monday ana and such type of other excuses. After a lot of argument with them they agree to replace the sim. They ask me for ID (aadhar) I show them softcopy in phone (as I show, when I purchase the sim) then they ask for physical ID I provide them licence (DL) PAN CARD, and my office ID too in hardcopy original. But they told me to provide aadharcard, voter ID, or passport in original. They told me straight forward 'new sim jitni chahiye abhi lelo, softcopy I'd se, home delivery bhi ho jayegi' I am going to port my number after this type of after sell service.

I had worst experience with these people. Very unprofessional staff I ever came across with. For past one week I was going to their store for replacement sim but everyday they say the same thing "Sim wala nahi aaya, stock nahi he" I asked for their phone number so that I can check prior visiting but nobody pickup phone as well. Don't know if some supervisor is monitoring them or not but that's very unprofessional.

Ghatia service today visited this store twice for sim replacement but they don't have any replacement sim available. Every one seems busy on their own. Staff needs training even manager is busy in chit chatting with girl. He don't know how to handle the customer. I will never visit this store again.
