★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They don't care about jio ....unprofessional salesperson don't have anything to do with customer...don't visit hear...I asked for netsetter dongle ...asked for speed salesperson said rudely I don't know speed ...and said other salesperson to have a lunch avoiding me as a customer...unprofessionalism everywhere in this store..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wanted to get my eSIM reactivated. I did not have my SIM information except the number. The executive who helped me there was very patient. He painfully had to enter many details and take pics of documents, me and himself several times. The process kept failing from Jio's side, but the executive didn't give up. He tried 4-5 times and it finally worked. He got the job done. I had an excellent customer experience. I will suggest the manager/owner to add their phone number on google. I am sure half of the customer problems can be solved on the phone. Thus crowding in the store will be prevented and wait times reduced considerably.
