★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Such fake people are they. I went there because my Jiofi device was not working. They kept my device and asked me to come at 2 PM noon. I reached there 3 and they returned my device and said it is working good. After taking their belief I reached home and started my device and I saw device still not working. Such fake people they are. I asking jio service managers to look matter and care about the customers.

Store is somewhat poorly organised.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff is arrogant if you ask something they will surely reply you but in very unsupportive,inexperienced,rudely manner. There staff were acting like the were the the owner of JIO and doesn't want to provide any service to the customers. I will suggest you to shift in Airtel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service. They tried to fool us by asking to install a software of 600 rs for conversion of physical sim to esim, which is not at all required. Getting esim is absolutely FREE OF COST. Later they were reluctant to accept their mistake. Very rude and arrogant staff. Don’t get fooled by such fraudulent people.
