★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service centre of Jio daily approx 70 Jio keypad phone complaint comes and other also Jio keypad phone is the worst phone ever come in India and there rude behaviour unsprotive staff unexpected language they use as we know that the Jio phones have 2 year warranty but they not even serve in 5-6 months if you visit there with your phone they will give u silly reasons and mark your phone under non warranty that your phone is not fullfilling the condition of under warranty if there is a minor scarch on your phone body they will tell you that now it is is not in warranty

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They provided services regarding phone well, senior executives were dedicated. But the customer management was not good, no proper seating facility, in hot summer around 45 degree AC was fitted on the wall but not working. A security guard had stealthily kept special fan under the table near his feet was turned towards their face so the no any ask for that. I was continuously standing for two hours, ultimately senior executives and technician delivered satisfactory service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ JIO Zonal Office is not that good as Airtel Service providers are. The waiting period is so long that each and every person has to wait for around 1-2 hours, sometimes more.
They are giving slow services. The staff members have to be good service providers but the customer management was not that good, no proper facilities being provided.
