★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A dispute with the builder neighbouring the garden has ensured that this garden is still not open for the citizens. The court case is lingering on - the builder's building is half built and the tax payers money is being spent on the upkeep of a garden which is for eyes only - no entry inside!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been staying in this area for 7years and not seen this Garden functional. Understand there is some land dispute (not sure). Would appreciate if all concern resolve their differences asap. The place would be a boon for every (if opened).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It could be worst example how Municipal Coproration works. Its nice garden situated in the heart of kothrud still there is total neglegence of authorities.Not sure this will complete or thie plot will be sold to some builder.
