After ordering medicines, i tried to consult online with Jiva docters (option given on Jiva website) that how shall i take it. But i was not satisfied with consultation, felt like i was speaking with a simple graduate guy not a docter. Jiva shall check, if well qualified docters are appointed for online consulatation.
But yeah medicines are working fine.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had booked video appointments after making payment. But for the last 15 days I am waiting for the call but no call received. Everytime i called customer care they are saying Doctor called me twice and thrice but even today I was waiting for the call and when I called customer care they again told me doctor called me twice but as mobile was in my hand I did not get any call. But surprisingly when I checked call history I found rejected call. It means they are simply cheating .Really fed up
