No wifi.. They ensure it never connects. But they give logins and pwds promptly. So on paper it is given ! Next they claim they offer shuttle services to the temple. This is another on paper claim. They say call up and shuttle will be sent . When u actually call, they dont turn up. The shop keepers there also get fed up as it affects their business crowding their place waiting for Jivanta services ... Morning we asked for coffee in room service. Response not possible now it will take time ... Simple logic followed by the management. They will do things and offer services only at their convenience and pace ! Yes, one thing is prompt... Taking money. We lost our room card... Prompt charges collected. Best part in this... Even after charging , the duplicate card works only for activating the light facility. The service rep tells us that ur room cant be locked i will lock from outside with master card call if required on room service! Awesome security feature with extra charges. They call this room as standard room with absolutely no minimum standards.. Beware !

First Pros :
Their travel agent Prashant was helpful, a bit expensive but kept schedule and arranged cabs on time . RS600 airport pickup or drop for a 4 seater cab with luggage.
Manager was considerate and allowed us to checkout at 2:30PM , did not threaten extra day charges etc .??
Water bottles etc charged MRP only, tea/coffee was okayish and 65 RS seems okay for a 3 star hotel.
Hotel breakfast buffet for 250 was good??, Idli+poori+poha+Pav+Tea Cake+Juice for RS250 was better than hotels in the road nearby for same price.
Clean Restrooms and room.
Cons:
Add 12 % service fee on top of Room charges shown on booking.com.
Rooms are compact (not tiny) , but very compact .Maximum 4 can stay in triple bed but extra cot RS1000 is too much .
Kettle smelled strongly with tea, I wanted one for water heating, they kept giving the same thing without washing ?
Pathetic service in restaurent , 2 or 3 staff in charge of order taking+serving+billin+room service ? . Took 45 min to serve coffee and gave water after repeating 5 times. HIRE SOME STAFF when you charge 5000 for a night .
No dosa or vada etc south items . expect for a Okaish Idli serverd for breakfast.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service was great. They were very helpful and provided any information we needed. The breakfast buffet was great with lots of Indian breakfast dishes. Sabudana Vada in their breakfast buffet was too good! Their lunch was good too. They only have satvik menu, vegetarian without onion and garlic but the food is really tasty even without them! They also have a travel desk that helped cover Shani Shingapur also during our Shirdi visit. This hotel is at a walkable distance to the temple which makes a good choice for stay in Shirdi.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The rooms were neat n clean, the staff were very helpful, the food was decent, the overall experience was good.
Would like to specially mention Mr Vikas of housekeeping who in the middle of the night arranged medicine n hot milk for my daughter. The reception guys provided us with the printouts for darshan too.
Areas where Jivanta can improve is the spread of the breakfast, the room lacked a mini fridge and the parking space.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Value for Money...decent size clean rooms. Restaurant Madhuban attached with the Hotel serves some tasty Satvik food(without onion & garlic). Free pick-up and drop from and to the Temple...all in all pleasant comfortable stay

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a very pleasant stay at Jivanta Shirdi on 27-28 Jan 22. Cozy rooms with hot water bathroom, friendly staff ready to serve with a smile. Delicious satvik food served at your convenience. All with a reasonable price.
Temple drop n pick up makes it more convenient.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jivanta is about 700 metres from Shirdi Temple gate 2 and is convenient if one decides to walk and reach the temple.
It has several rooms of different sizes and also has Driver room on the basement floor.
The hotel offers a good spread of Breakfast buffet. However, there are several shortcomings which justifies my rating of 2/5.
Toiletries:
The hotel lacked basic hygienic toiletries for example the towels provided were in bad condition for a 5 year old property. We had to complain to the staff for replacement.
Utilities:
The door condition and the tap condition were really bad, management needs to pay attention for well being of the property.
The cost of the rooms are on the higher end.
One can choose the nearby Tania International for somewhat cheaper rates but far better experience.
