They are dealers for Jaguar and have a good range. What’s not in stock they will turn around in a day. Good discounts too.

The store owner is professional, polite and helpful. However, her staff named Anil Joshi (who was the only staff) seemed helpful at first but later proved to be arrogant, very rude, unkind and caused a lot of problems. Harrassment is the word I would like to use here. He took the order of washbasin, tiles and washroom mirrors in the store. The shop owner was very helpful and she managed a bathroom fitting specialist for me. I paid advance at the store. Later, Anil missed to relay the placement of order of mirrors to the store's warehouse and consequently, told me that mirrors will be delivered 2 days later. Upon calling him to discuss this delay, he was very rude and said me this - "Mera dimaag nhi kharab karo. Apna advance lelo . Mjhey pareshaan mat karo. Kahi aur se le lo samaan (don't irritate me. Take your advance and go and shop someplace else)". He knew very well that I needed all the materials and installation to be done by Thursday i.e. 5th May cause 6th May was my housewarming. After putting more polite efforts from my side, he finally told that he would try to get the mirrors delivered on 5th May. And he got the mirrors delivered on correct date but the mirrors were not the ones I had selected and I was billed for. They were very cheap in looks and quality. Again, I called him and he was rude to me more than ever. My sister too talked to him and he was rude to her as well. He told both of us that we should do the return delivery of mirrors instead of him taking them back. He kept demanding ola money for returning of mirrors. I did not understand his logic. He is the one who delivered incorrect orders and therefore, he should be the one to take them back. More than his rationale, I have a problem in his way of speaking. He was very egoistic person who clearly has problems in taking requests from female customers. During my every phone call, he treated me like trash, did not respect me like a human being and told me that he would come and collect the sink and tiles that were already fixed in my flat if I do not send him the mirrors by using my money. We liked the owner and the collection she has and we had decided to buy more tiles for our terrace , mirrors for bedrooms. However, due to her very rude and unhelpful staff, we would like to take our business some place else. This has been such an harrassing experience that I would like to file a complain in consumer court and maybe, I would do once I am all set in my new home.

Nice place and good collection for wall and floor tiles along with bath fittings. You can get branded tiles here and the colour options and designs are unique. Most impressive was Mrs.Kala there, she was so patient and helpful in showing the tiles and answering/ recommending as appropriate. Pricing is also good. Highly recommend this place.
