★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Trainers Prashant and Karthik are good but equipment like treadmill are old and not in best shape. electrical cycle and cardio both machines and one treadmill not in working condition. Other 3 treadmills are in just ok ok condition. All other equipment are old but are in usable condition.The response by trainers make up the equipment lack. Individual attention given by trainers is what I like best
