β β β β β Car service was done as a formality. Read my whole review. Mechanic was not able to solve the problem. There was an issue with RPM above 1500 to 2000 when in neutral and clutch is engaged. Mechanic simply said that car needs to be checked about this problem. I am not sure what they did during whole 5 hour car service. At least they should have checked the car and notify the owner about the issue and solution. They just did service formalities of oil change and rest. Also added car alignment and balancing without asking. As per the advisor, it is required every year. I am highly dissatisfied. It is my 2nd service with them. As I did not have any option near by me. I went again there this time as was finding a garage for my car service and found it on the way. But I will have to seriously look for a better option with those who atleast do 30 scans checkup and let you know if any issue is there with the car. Only getting a car serviced isn't the motive of the owner, instead it is the also chance when owner might come to know if there is any issue. Disgusting management of Bhawani Motors. What is happening to the businesses. Really disgusting.

β β β β β I purchased volkswagen vento, 2012 from bhavani motors as at that time they had tie up with First choice so I trusted them and paid them in advance after which they delivered me the vehical, From the time when I recieved the vehical lot of problems related with engine, leaking of oil, coolent, pick up issues, late start issues were there, for which they said they'll be doing the required or necessary maintenance and then will deliver this process took more than 2 months from the date of purchase, and in between the condition of car got so bad as it was being handled by different people and they also sent it outside for electrical works etc.
But after lot of discussions and lot of heat ups they said that yes now they'll be doing all the necessary works that is required in engine.
And they did all of that and delivered me the vehical.
After a week as I travelled from bhopal to indore I got to know that problems are still there and they've just done all the works to deliver the vehical and also whatever they did in engine the work was temporary or makeshifter. Because of which over heating is happening again and again as they have grind and have flattened surface of engine head, And also have installed slip in piston because of which car was unable to make the proper compression and turbo got failed, And now the condition of car is so bad that engine has to be repaired again and turbo, piston, head, electrical cable, everything has to be changed.
I don't think so that it is a best place to take your car to.
Worst experience in purchasing and in service both.
