★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience.. had to give one star as there is no option of Zero Star. I had asked for a new tubeless tyre for my activa and they fitted a Ceat tyre with tube with out informing the customer (me)..
After around 1.5 months when i came to know about it when the air pressure in the tyre went down, i immediately replaced the tyre at the place where my vehicle was there and removed the new tyre which maniar tyre co had fitted and gave it back to them stating the problem..
First day they said the person is not there, come tomorrow and when i went the next day for refund, the person said what proof do you have that you had said tubless tyre to be fit.. then after accepting his mistake that fine we gave you a wrong tyre, he said you should have gone and checked in the back shop what the person is fitting and should confirm with him whether the tyre is tubeless or not. He said i am not responsible for my staff's mistake. How do i know who made the mistake.
Then when I told him that please don't harass us by playing such tricks with me otherwise I will take this matter to consumer court for fooling customers and given wrong products and not even informing them.
He said do what ever you like, i am not afraid of any damn law and court and then alleged me saying that we see everyday deciet (fraud) person like you.
I have misplaced my bill somewhere, but have the payment details and the date of the bill and time when the event took place and told him to check his bill book and system (tally software from where he generates GST bills) for the date and time. But he denied to check and said i don't have any records, you get your bill, then we will see what to do.
Lastly, out of utter frustration and what to do with extra tube tyre, I have gifted him the same tyre as diwali gift that I had bought from him and told him not make consumers fool else you will not earn business and respect. I have alerted all my friends and colleagues about such experience. Request you all too to kindly take you own risk going there. We need to stop such practices happening and bad experiences in future.
