β β β β β Bought a sliver coin and to my surprise the staff didn't gave me the bill. Even I asked the owner he gave me a very unprofessional and unsatisfactory answer which I think is not even legal to do. He said the coin has his branding and name and other details like grams, brand, branch is written on the coin and therefore there's no need of the bill. I doubted that it could be a tax saving approach as if they will give the bill they'll need to file for GST. Don't know if it is a general practice by jewellers or he's only doing that.

β β β β β Personal attention /involvement of owners has reduced a lot in last one year.Staff is good but asurances given at the time of selling the product are not fuilfilled properly. After sales services are pathetic,, be it repair of the product/increase/decrease / change in size or total return of the goods due to some problem with the product. Earlier it used to me my favourite store, but positon has changed now.

β β β β β Very bad experience.. please don't get trapped and don't buy anything .. we have purchased 2 rings,1 mangalsutra and earrings and all these are broken in a month or 2 only .. when we went to them they were not recognising their products and then are not ready to fix the things ... We were cheated .. don't buy anything from here
