★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have a bad experience, yesterday on my anniversary I went to buy earrings, we selected one, in one of the earrings, the screw was loose, they assure us to coorect it immediately, after waiting for almost one hour, they returned saying that it has been corrected, we checked & found that nothing has been corrected we are totally shocked,
Its a shame for such a reputed firm, very poor workmen ship with very high making charges & nobody bothers about it as it is a small buy for them,
Please check twice while purchasing from them, one of my family friend faced the same issue in past.
Dear JKJ team, whether its a small or big purchasing, please maintain atleast quality assurance if u can do. Don't fool customers.

Met Sanwarmal Verma ji , he's a very humble gentleman , he attended us nicely and helped us choose best of jewellery. I'm happy to do my jewellery shopping from JKJ and sons and will surely visit it again and recommend it to others. ?

The sales executive was telling that " Hallmark"
Is useless.. & showing so many news paper's cuttings stating that " Hallmark " is fake.
He stated that Now Govt. had introduced a new system called " HUID" which is misleading & created huge confusion..
According to me All Hallmark itself is having
" Unique ID" number which is called " HUID".
They are trying to make us Mad / confused.

They deal in hallmarked jewellery which is also a best thing because many jewellery shops are looting customers by selling them impure gold. Although they charge good making charges but it is totally worth if you get a pure gold jewellery.
