★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recently sent my baleno for servicing in Jim motors. The service was okay but they did overlook some issues. Since the car was not being used since more than an year, the service demanded more. They missed few details like one of the tyre for punctured not sure if that happened during delivery, one of the front lights was not working which was not bought to notice too. Overall not too happy or sad with the experience.

Be careful while using their pick and drop service, I used this service, their executive called and intentionally talks to fast, tells me many jobs to be done, I refused for all and told him only for basic service, but got surprised when received bill,
they did some jobs that I didn't want, when I asked for that, he told 'I am sorry I can't do anything, now it's billed'.
I think they are forcefully selling their services for achieving their sales targets.

Compared to the other maruti servive centres in noida and greater noida I personally find things way more organized here. I personally extend my appreciations towards sincerity of Mr. BRIJESH KUMAR in customer interaction, satisfaction and services. Thanks JKM Maruti, Noida.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Car service is very technical ,but I haven't felt any change in the car , the mileage is same and no other improvement was seen after the service . This facility is very old the building and the service area is also very old . The service man forgot 2 points in the check which I explicitly mentioned - brake oil and coolant . Don't know whether he forgot or everything was good . A senior person came to the service guy and talked in private and then the service guy was very much stuck that both the things need to be changed , that I found fishy . The cleaning was very bad , I need to point out 4-5 places in the car to re do it again . And the total service took around 5.5 hours without anything major to be done . I need to wait in the lounge area , it was also not that good . No tea or coffee machine was placed there . One thing was good - wifi was there . Also you can not see your car getting serviced from the lounge area .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ JKM Motors is a good workshop for repairs. The advisor is supported. My car accident and damaged Rh headlight, Rh fender and windshield. Advisor asked this repairs from surveyor and suggested in 2nd claims. I have Zero Dep. Tata AIG insurance. My all work done before their estimated time. They delivered my car neat and clean. I am satisfied with their work. Thanks for JKM Motors Noida.
