Constant construction noise 7 days a week and major plumbing issues. The only decent thing about this place is the gym and that is only ok. My advice, stay away from this place.

This is a residential project and has a wonderful infrastructure from outside as well as on its interiors.
They have ample of parking area and green areas. Their parks are scattered but its a good kindof concept.
Their security is very tight, without you knowing the name or address of the person it would be difficult for you to even enter the premises.
All in all, I liked the entire setup, the construction and the quality of people is also very much appreciated.
Its right on the Mohali airport road and visible from far itself, hence very much approachable.
If you buy here in this project you would definitely have a wonderful set of people to meet from all walks of life.
The name of the builder, the approachability and the construction will itself fetch you an appraise in price if you ever buy to sell it off as well.
So, according to me, one should go and visit this project, understand the details, see if their facilities match your requirements and then one can go forward and think of buying one.
