★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 16 Nov: I am upgrading my review rating from 1 to 2 star, mainly because I got a call my from a senior manager to explain the situation. While I empathize with their situation, I still feel the delivery issues need to be solved before it's top rated.
13 Nov: Don't go by fake positive reviews by fake customers. You can notice they all have similar style of writing! In reality they have Pathetic delivery service. Not once but at least 5 times I faced issues in last 6 months since they started. I could have been okay with 1/2 given they are new but can't be okay with so many issues. The customer care nicely says they will personally ensure that no issues are faced next time but every time there is an issue. Strongly advise others to not use this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Products are great. I take Milk Curd almost everyday and sometimes Paneer and Bread & Groceries.. I ordered Coconut Water today for the first time. It was great in taste as well as in guantity. Loved it. I m surprised by the negative reviews. I am using the app since 17.5 months or so never had any problem related to product quality or customer service. All the deliveries have been bang on time. The Customer care is really supportive. Never ever received a faulty product.!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am giving a rating of 3 because milk quality is good. But they are not able to manage the logistics at all. Milk is sometimes delivered at noon making it impossible to have tea at breakfast. Sometimes delivery was stopped for 3 to 5 days at a stretch because of fire/packaging machine fault/road toll issues. They have taken enough chances to improve but not willing to change.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Getting rotten vegetables and fruits delievered time and again. Also since last few days, they have been deliverimg lower quantity than what you order- even after escalating, they don't seem to care. They started off with Organic, pure as being their brand mantra- however down the line, they have lost their way. Now they are listing products from vendors who can give them hefty commissions- Bakers oven, Organic India etc. Given their focus has now shifted to commission based model, the product quality has gone down the drain.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The quality is getting depressing..Have been frequently getting rotten quality products delievered. Ordered Shakarkandi today- and attached pics have what these guys delievered. Firstly the quantity was low (350gm as against 500gm that was ordered), and secondly all the pieces were severed from both ends- seems the ends were rotten and this is how they thought of passing down rotten items to customers. Given Omicron and Covid scare, this is serious crime from this company. Last week received a package that had Tobacco puke inside it- and no one in the company cared to investigate and identify how this happened- was this intentional or was a mistake of an employee. Their response to this escalation was a refund , rather than investigation to ensure there wasn't any foul play . I have been frequently facing quality issues and surprised with the some of positive reviews- a few of those are definitely from employees of this company.
