★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They have a customer friendly environment as far as Sale of new vehicle is concerned. You can get all types of Spare parts, accessories, helmets etc. This showroom lies on the main road so it is easily accessible. Rates of products are quiet reasonable and staff is very couteous.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have purchased Tvs Ntorque from the showroom today.The manager there is mr Abid is very helping and nice person.He gives me good discoun.not only discount he helps me a lot.I want to say that everybody has to visit once there to check the deals.Nice finance schemes nd helping staff.

1. They manage cashless Insurance Claims.
2. They usually have a decent availability of routine & essential parts.
3. They have a glass waiting area from where the work stations are visible.
4. They claim to be authorised service centre for multiple brands.
5. Manager/Service Advisor is soft-spoken.
Cons:
1. No arrangement for tea/snacks - paid or otherwise.
2. Waiting area was dirty, poorly maintained and Non-airconditioned.
3. Owner is a grumpy, old person who likes to have the last sayin everything and seldom sees reason specially, when he has to incur cost in any way be it time, labour or money.
4. They specifically said that they only do washing & polishing of body and loose nut bolt tightening and oiling during servicing of scooty - be it paid service or free service. Everything else is chargeable.
Overall - The Cons outweigh the Pros due to the poor satisfaction level in the end.

I got better discount, test drive was allowed, few additional parts for the bike are added freely and specifically Mr Ankur who assisted me with all the process like getting insurance, registration within time. I sincerely appreciate his help in getting things done timely.
