★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stay away , not at all recommended. The developer is not providing dimensions of the unit booked to the customers. You may book a rectangular plot/unit and end up getting an uneven or triangular plot/unit of same size later
We have booked a plot in jms Primeland sector 95a and despite repeated reminders they are not providing the dimensions in writing to us
They say it is their company standard policy of not providing dimensions to customers in writing.
How can a customer purchase a property without the dimensions/shape clearly given.
Very poor customer support
Don't respond to emails
Calls are not answered or you are told to call later
They don't value customers time
Highly unprofessional. Had a very bad experience.
