★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hello all...my daughter has been going to jnanakasthuri Kannada classes in Srinagar from the past 2 years. Before she went there she used to struggle with spellings and reading..even her handwriting was not as good as it is now.
All her teachers in school have now noticed the difference in her pronounciation, fluency in reading and of course spellings.
My heartfelt thank you to Jamuna maam who started Jnanakasthuri where the teachers teach Kannada in a fun and creative way. Heartfelt thank u to Ms. Shilpa Mahesh who has been her teacher.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Shikhar (7 years old) is learning from Ms. Yamuna Naveen virtually since March, 2021. In those two months, he has slowly started conversing in Kannada. Accustomed to speak only in English, he had challenges conversing at home with us; now he makes an attempt to confidently talk in Kannada.
He attends classes enthusiastically and does his homework by himself. Playful methods employed in these classes are commendable.
We thank Ms. Yamuna for her dedication - she wakes up early to teach Shikhar at 5AM! We live in Washington DC, and that's the only time that works for us on a working day. We want him to learn Kannada not just because of academic interests, but also for him to feel confident and be rooted.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My child has been learning jnanakasthuri's Sumadura Kannada and she's in her next level now. I could see the changes in her linguistic skills with respect to Kannada. She's able to talk and write in Kannada according to her age and level and she's also able to face her academics confidently. For non kannadigas like us JK's Sumadura Kannada will definitely help one to get a grip of the language. Thanks to Yamuna ma'am and vasantha ma'am for their tireless efforts in teaching the kids and making the language ready. They go meticulously and methodically with respect to the students and the language right from strokes. I would recommend JK's Sumadura Kannada ????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Learning Kannada made easy by Yamuna Naveen-
We( both senior citizens) relocated to Bangalore last year from Delhi after having spent 40 years there. We were very keen to learn Kannada primarily to converse with the locals. We then came to know of the online classes being conducted by Yamuna Naveen through a friend.
We are extremely happy that we have been able to pick up the basics of the language and are able to converse relatively well after having attended her online classes. The method of teaching adopted by her is really praiseworthy. She taught us all the basics systematically and methodically. We sincerely thank her for her efforts and would like to recommend her to others who are interested to learn this wonderful language.
