This is an ideal place for someone who would like to jumpstart their career in Recruitment and also procure an alternative source of income – hence very much suitable for working mothers or women who have taken a sabbatical and would like to work from the comfort of their homes.
From the start, the hand-holding has been admirable by its founding members and the support is immense. Daily interactions over a call are a must and it is indeed a driving force to have your work on focus. They provide remote training as well and all you need is a working system at home or you could also swing by their Cambridge Road office for a hands-on to understand the process in case you may need a bit of dabbling.
They primarily handle all business domains (IT and Non IT Sectors). Their client list is also vast and requirements come fresh on a weekly basis. This makes it easier for a candidate to choose their employment options via Jobs Territory as the follow up from short listing to interview to placement is followed on point and thoroughly.
Commission Payouts are never a problem once the candidate has been successfully placed. Hence one will not have to worry about income as the earning is how you design it to be. Which leads me to commenting that if you need to handle a senior position in this organization or if you would like to be a sole performer – the decision and the income flow is left entirely up to you.
There has to be a mention that one does not need to invest any money to become a Recruitment Consultant with Jobs Territory so you will not have to think twice about an ROI on your efforts.
Though I was here for a brief period of 8 months since I had other aspirations to look forward to in my career and personal growth, but if given a chance to look back, I would again think of Jobs Territory in working with the entire team and would always recommend their name to anyone who wishes to work with Jobs Territory in the near future. The same goes for any candidate who would look at Jobs Territory as a trusted brand to work with for their job seeking opportunities.

The team work is well appreciated and outstanding performance are also rewarded from time to time. The best thing here is NO politics. Hard work and smart work is the key to success in this company. . The CEO of the company is very helpful, he makes sure everyone is going up on the ladder and even finds out time to personally talk to you.
