Somya showed tremendous ownership during the complete recruitment lifecycle ensuring that her role was not limited to a communicator but a counsellor and consultant as well based on the requirement of situation which made the overall process much more hasslefree both for the candidate as well as the organisation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My idea of HR Consultancy changed after I encountered Job Sprouts. Somya called me and asked me about my interest and career goals before pitching for the position. Once we aligned, the process was a breeze from start to end. Usually HR consultants just send us a mail about the venue and time and after the interview ask us to wait till they get back. But here, Somya went out of her way to see the process went smoothly, everything happened on time and even asked for my feedback about the interviewer and the interview after it was over. Her proactive communication stood out even after the interview process was over and my onboarding happened. So my perception of HRs and especially HR Consultants changed after Job Sprouts. They were perfect in all aspects; and encouraging before the interview process. The least I could do to thank them was to write a honest review.
