I went there to buy some innerwear and track pant. The salesman there was very rude and arrogant. He was not only willing to sell but also was telling "lena ho toh lo vrna chalega." Then when I asked him about trying, he informed me that it's company policy that one cannot try innerwear. I was quite okay but the very second he said this, he put the product inside and that was quite insulting. I'll never go here and would rather prefer going some other Jockey outlet.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went there to buy a mask.. I thought to buy from Jockey thinking about the health safety they will provide..
I was shocked to see that the person opened the packet and showed us the mask.. Touching his hand all over it.. When we did a confrontation why did you open the packet.. He said wash and wear it.. It was such a pathetic service.. These people are just playing with our life..
When I tried to explain him that in such a bad situation of corona where the cases are rising again in Bopal area you should not do that.. All he did was shouting..

1. Must have option to purchase one item , specially in segments like , undergarments and masks etc
2. Quality of mask was poor , strip got damage within one week of purchase , couldn't get replace.
We pay high just for quality of brand and such setbacks hurts us.
