The staff misbehaved at my sister when she went to return an item, they are not ready to accept returns. They manipulate you and in a way that you have done mistake. Not acceptable behaviour. Both the staff in billing especially the male staff member..

They refuse to return the products even if its tags are intact. They don't value customers.
The jockey needs to train their staff before letting them handle the customers.
Best to avoid this store.

Staffs are inconsiderate, unkind to customers.
Irresponsible customer care service. No empathy for customers. Don't get cheated by the exclusive showroom appearance. They are self-sobotaging their customer base by getting into such dirty practice Don't ever visit this store.

I have been with my friend to return an item, my friend has left review they are blackmailing her to delete the review. She said she won’t do it unless she gets a resolution they are not ready to accept the return.
The billing guys are yelling at us. Unacceptable behaviour, you guys sucks.
It’s an international brand and the staffs are so disrespectful to their customers. Avoid this shop.

2 male staffs doesn’t even know how to talk to customers.
I went there to exchange a product with my friend and one of the sales guy misbehaved Then I said I will go to customer care he simply said "Go and do whatever you want to, file it online",
We contacted customer care they didn’t even provide any solution to the problem. They claim that it is an international brand but this is how the customers are treated.
It’s better to boycott these products.

Never visit this shop.
Its not just the Jockey staff, customer care people are not responsible, every time customers has to follow up with you guys even after raising a ticket. I have already raised ticket and I am still following up on the ticket. I haven’t got any resolution yet. You guys cut the call when we call to check on the status.
I asked for an exchange and you guys are still processing my request. I would never visit this store again just process my refund.
This is how you guys value customers. Thanks for being so rude to your customers.
