★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very unprofessional service. One of the mail attendant (who was also sitting at the billing counter) has very bad attitude towards customers. Although the stuff is good and I purchased 3 T-shirt’s and 3 shorts, but the trial experience was horrible. When I requested to try wearing couple of T-shirt’s before finalising the colour and fit, the male staff behaved aggressively and did not allow me to try more than 1 T-shirt. How can you expect us to purchase stuff without trying them out ?? Very bad behaviour of their staff
You just lost me as a customer only because of your staff’s behaviour

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to Gaur City mall store and there a store handerler name Anoop Kumar said he will not let me try the product again. I had an argument with him and I asked him again where it is witten that I won't try product again. He had no answer. And he said awkward thing due to covid situation company said we can't try more than one. Bad experience there.
