★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This store is manned by I'll mannered sales executives. They make false promises of exchange and when you go to exchange the merchandise on size issue they simply refuse. These sales persons harass customer by asking them to come tomorrow. They always neglect in listening to customers grievances. I purchased under wear for my kids. It was promised that if size does not fit they will exchange but on request to exchange they refused. I will never visit this store and won't suggest any one to visit this. Franchise management is very poor. Brand is good but company should select franchise after properly assessing the sales persons and management skill of franchise owner.
