★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff including owner starts arguing at the drop of a hat. I asked for 4 pieces of undergarments but they insist to buy 6 minimum. Owner and a salesperson got into a high voice and tried to pacify me. Though my family is a regular customer here. Pathetic. Better avoid this shop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the Male manager is arrogant and shows lot of attitude, i do not see any customer service mentality in him. This is in Vidyaranyapura branch..However 5 stars for the old man owner who sits there and handle issues maturely, he is a Gentleman.
