★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst customer service and the owner so called Shreya Lulla she doesn't have any manners and etiquette to talk to customer.. she is a such _____ and manner less attitude as if she is doing a favours on the customers.. I would encourage people not to visit this stores of Jockey which at Salunke Vihar next Van Hussein stores .. She doesn't have a business sense and no customer service.. worst stores so far..
Jockey Team kindly take off the franchise from her... Or else ur brand name is going for a toss.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ladies section staff is very rude, i have asked to give them particular size, on billing counter i have noticed other size is given, same thing i conveyed to billing counter women, she then asked to staff, despite of her mistake that staff lady was literally shouting on high tone from first floor where the ladies section is, as it is mistake from my end. Is this is a way to treat customers? Disgusting behaviour. Worst experience, definitely never going again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are not selling genuine product and when we complain they tell us to mail at Jockey and ask for replacement .I bought socks from them and they are defective and when I went to store to complain there all socks were defective and they are like sometimes the whole box is defective but we cannot replace it than why have they opened Jockey store it is better to buy from local shop at they care for customer n if material is defective they replace it .never buy from them

Staff is really rude and unfriendly. They will literally ask you what you want and only show you that, and nothing else in that category.
Plus, they have no discounts - even during festive occasions - so it's better to purchase online where it gets home delivered, and you can exchange easily.
