Also, the owner ( the OLD man), seemed to be only concerned about the profit he made. Was not helpful about the displaying available products to give customers a product of their choice. Just wanted us to buy the expensive product, without choice and leave .
Finally the product I bought from the shop was substandard, although it was supposed to be a branded product.
Although, the old man's son was better than him in being customer friendly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had visited Pune on a very short trip. Saw this store and walked in. Picked up a few things. Unfortunately the person whom we gifted the shorts did not like the style and wanted to change it. The store did not have the size in the style he liked. The Franchisee just refused to give a credit note and was generally very rude. Didn't expect this kind of treatment from a Jockey store. Had no option but to accept the whole purchase as a bad loss. Learnt a very valuable lesson, never shop in another city.
