People of Nepal mainly visit this place for shopping of marriage and various other occasion... Due to its cheaper price rate of product such as clothes(sari,lehenga,kurti,etc.), kirana saman, fruits... This place is also known for its direct connection of one of the biggest city of Nepal, biratnagar metropolitan to capital of India, New Delhi by train seemanchal express which has daily departure time at 8:00pm indian time..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We need a train from jogbani to secunderabad or atleast katihar to secunderabad because alot of people travel from jogbani to secunderabad by changing the train at howrah and chitpur station atleast a weekly train from jogbani to secunderabad or katihar to secunderabad... This is my suggestion if the railway adds direct train in this route then it may facilitate the passengers ... Thanks in advance ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Travelled here many times liked the neatness as it is more improved than before not only on platform also on tracks. The ticket counter do opens delayed they should mentain in order to manage the crowd at last minute when train arrives. The departure and arrival schedule board in present here. They also got parking for which you have to pay and the waiting room here is ok but needs mentainance.

But the ticket collector(Railway Staf) here is a Chitter and Fraud
The cheating ticket collector (Railway Staf) does not give any receipt to the people for money.
So everyone will move around a little, otherwise the cheating ticket collector will take the money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's very busy market and have scheduled train journey. Many people from remote and even from popular palces visit for shopping, marketing,etc.
But mainly people visits this station for the health check up in nearby town Biratnagar,Nepal.
According to my survey I found that many people visit for checking up for eye problems as there are used to advance and effective facilities provide for the treatment.
There are many popular Nepali hospitals for the treatment of any diseases.Thanks for Nepal government to provide easy entrance for indians.
