★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience ever. They lied on the net worth of the items we shipped, we gave a much higher number, but they told fedex it's 10000 rs, that led to our shipment being stuck in customs. We are still following up with customs and fedex now. Totally useless packers, big promises, zero delivery. Our shipment is late by more than a week now, and not likely to reach us for another week.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ WORST EXPERIENCE EVER ... They don't offer you anything other than other movers and packers . they are just very good at LYING to customers and luring them with great promises . They will definitely tell you to go by the name and trust of aggarwal but honestly they DONT FULLFILL the commitments they make . The staff will behave highly irresponsible and deaf to you as soon as you will pay them the money . I was told by MR. AMIT who lured me into choosing apml that he is not responsible now and I have invited aggarwal into my home and he didn't come to beg for it .

Rude
Careless
Not ontime
In a nutshell - waste of money and trust . No special than other movers and packers but just OVER PRICED .

I have horrible experience, which I am describing it .
I have had to send my goods Patna To Bangalore, I called up them then Agrawal Packers & Movers’ Marketing Executive ,Rohit Dubey came for assessment of the goods and charges and finally he quoted Rs. 50,000.00 + Insurance for direct moving Patna to Bangalore, which was almost 50% more than other Packers & Movers but on the basis of the name of Agrawal Packers & Movers I go with them .
Rohit Dubey committed that on 30th May 13, 2018 ,before 9 am their team will come for packaging ,loading and moving the goods.
Now my nightmare started:
After 10 times follow up they send their guys at 2 pm with a small lorry ,which suppose to carry our goods in their local warehouse then load it the bigger lorry which supposed to carry the goods up to Bangalore. But Rohit had committed and charged for direct lorry which supposes to carry the goods loading point to unloading point.
Then finally shouting on Rohit he sent the bigger lorry at 1 am and they packed upto 3 am . Their guy didn’t pack the goods properly lots of my goods had been damaged. They were started to tell that that your goods are more than assessment and you will have to pay more after fighting with them on this matter they agreed to carry at the same price.
They had committed charged the price to deliver the good by 7-8 May and after lots of follow-up our goods reached on 11 th May 13, 2018.
All the positives reviews have been given by their employees. Marketing Executive ,Rohit Dubey is an idiot & cheater guy ,don’t deal with him .
Please do write your reviews that other people should be in trap of this horrible & cheater Packers & Movers company.
