★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They don't respect the customer, very ill-mannered, rude, abusive way of dealing.
I had one such incident today, i went to buy a small bolt, first of all they didn't responded after acknowledging that it was a small deal, i had to wait for 10 mins without any reason / or any rush at the shop.
Then after getting the bolt i went for the payment of 10 rupees, i was scanning the Google pay QR code and then owner very rudely / abusively said not to do this, I won't say the words he said to me here but it was really very disheartening.
